UCTV-19, located on the campus of the University of the Cumberlands, seeks to provide hands-on experience to the University’s Communication Arts majors. Students participating in this program are instructed in audio, video and news production. Channel 19 provides programming to the greater Whitley County area. Programming includes weekly news broadcast, campus events, and variety shows. Participation at UCTV-19 is not only for Communications majors, rather, all students and faculty are invited and encouraged to get involved. The station does provide work study opportunities as well.
