Dr. Cristy Hall

UC English alums can be found almost anywhere. They are leaders in their communities and successes in their chosen career fields.
One such alum is Dr. Cristy Hall.
Cristy Hall, a Perry County, Kentucky, native, took the UC English Department by storm, receiving the Senior English Departmental Award, being inducted into the J. T. Vallandingham Hnor Society, receiving the English Department’s Freshman Writing Award, serving as President of Sigma Tau Delta, and graduating Summa Cum Lauda. She continued this outstanding performance as a Master’s student at Western Kentucky University and a Doctoral student at Middle Tennessee State University. She was able to conduct personal research at both graduate institutions, present papers at scholarly meetings, and teach. Cristy is now an adjunct instructor with the Middle Tennessee State University Department of English and will be an adjunct instructor with the UC Department of English, teaching on-line literature courses.
Cristy Hall is one of many successful UC English alums. You can become one, too.
Congratulating Cristy Hall on her receiving her PhD in English are two of her UC undergraduate professors Dr. Jolly Sharp, Professor of English, and Dr. Tom Frazier, Chairman of the UC Department of English.
