ALL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

Name (maiden and married)
Date of Birth
Dates of attendance at Cumberland College/University of the Cumberlands
List the number of transcripts you want sent and whether they are Graduate or Undergraduate
Graduate and Undergraduate transcripts are separate transcripts and are charged individually
Include your current address and phone number where you can be reached
Include the address where the transcript is to be mailed
Include the transcript fee: ($10.00 each official : $3.00 each unofficial)
Student's signature must be on the request
Social security number is helpful.

The student must have a zero balance with the Bursar's Office and be current with any student loan.

Faxed transcript requests will be accepted under the following guidelines:

Includes the information listed above
Provides credit card information to charge the transcript fee
Credit card type
Account number
Name the card is listed under
Expiration date of the card
Zip Code

E-mail transcript requests will not be accepted.

Students of SUE BENNETT COLLEGE should follow the above procedure when requesting transcripts. Indicate on the request that you attended Sue Bennett College.
