Planned Program Documents

The undergraduate planned program documents below are to be used for students entering from Fall 2010 to present.  After a decision has been made by the student on which major field of study will be followed, print the appropriate planned program.  Fill in the minor courses, sign and instruct the student to get the proper department chair signature and turn the document in to the Registrar’s office.
