Patriot of the Week

Name:            Christen Heideman

Event:            100 and 200 yard butterfly

Heideman had two impressive finishes at the Florida swimming competition, taking a double win in the 100 and 200 yard butterfly with times of 59.15 and 2:08.93, respectively. She was also recognized for having one of the top NAIA times of the year in the 100 yd breaststroke She is also currently ranked first in the NAIA poll in the 100 and 200 Fly.

-They have not been named Athlete of the Week during the 04-05 Season

Each week the nominees are dropped into a hat, and the Athlete of the Week is selected from a deserving collection of nominees. The athletes that are not drawn are carried onto next week's selection process.

Anyone can nominate an athlete: a fan, coach, teammate, family member, etc. But you must list why you believe the athlete stands out!
