Competing against 12 teams in the Rome News Invitational in Rome, GA, John A. Logan Community College came away with the win shooting a two day total of 574.</description>

    <title>Patriot Golf Ranked in NAIA Top 25</title>

    <description>The first 2010 NAIA Golf Coaches' Poll has been released with Oklahoma Christian taking the number one ranking in the men's poll, earning 7 first-place votes and Oklahoma City University earning number one in the women's poll with 11 first-place votes. The University of the Cumberlands (UC) golf team has earned their spot amongst the nation's elite as well.  The Patriot men are ranked 15th in the poll receiving 284 total points while the women are ranked 19th receiving 154 points.</description>

    <description>The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Golf Team is looking to build off of a very successful 2009 in which they earned the Regular Season and Tournament Mid-South Conference Championship. Head Patriot Golf Coach Chris Kraftick goes above and beyond to find the talented student-athlete with the right fit for the Patriots values and beliefs.  In doing so, Kraftick had added an international twist to his already talented roster with the signing of Josh Edmunds for the 2010-2011 season.</description>

    <description>The Pre-Season NAIA Coaches' Poll has been released with Oklahoma Christian taking the number one ranking in the men's poll, earning 19 first-place votes and Oklahoma City University earning number one in the women's poll with 11 first-place votes.  The University of the Cumberlands golf team has earned and received the recognition they deserve after a successful spring '09 and fall '09 season.  The Patriot men are ranked 13th in the poll receiving 278 total points while the women, for the first time in a long time, are ranked 20th receiving 141 points.</description>

    <title>Patriot Golf Ends Fall Season with a First Place Finish</title>

    <description>The University of the Cumberlands Golf Team left the Lindsey Wilson Invitational with a First Place trophy.  The Patriots were tied for 1st place after shooting 300 the first day, and pulled away with a four stroke win after the second day shooting 297 giving the Patriots a two-day tournament total of 597. </description>

    <title>Patriot Golf Ties for 2nd in Chick-fil-a Invitational; Breaks UC Team Scoring Record</title>

    <description>The University of the Cumberlands Patriot Golf team traveled to Berry College in Rome, GA this past week and took part in the Chick-Fil-A Invitational Tournament.  The Patriots came away with a 2nd place finish tying with Thomas University, shooting a two-day tournament total of 577 (281-296).  Lee University won the tournament with a two-day total of 576.</description>

    <title>Patriot Golf Takes First at Southern Wesleyan</title>

    <description>The University of the Cumberlands Golf team came back from the Southern Wesleyan Tournament with a first place finish.  Sophomore Aaron Watkins (Harlan, KY) won the tournament individually as both Heath Harvey and Pierre Carlsson earned All-Tournament honors. </description>
