As a result the Patriot men had a good turnout moving up in the rankings since last weekend and placing 3rd while the women finished in 7th. http://www.ucumberlands.edu/athletics/sportsrelease/release.php?rk=2262 2010-02-15 The University of the Cumberlands Track team had a busy weekend as the team participated in Indiana University-Hoosier Hills Invite and the DePauw University Invite. Several members of that team recently competed in the NAIA National Meet held in Edwardsville, Indiana. http://www.ucumberlands.edu/athletics/sportsrelease/release.php?rk=1958 2009-05-14 On May 8, 2009 several members of the University of the Cumberlands Track and Field Team competed in the Indiana University Invite to fine tune their skills one last time before they took part in the NAIA National Tournament. http://www.ucumberlands.edu/athletics/sportsrelease/release.php?rk=1953 2009-05-05 The University of the Cumberlands Track and Field men's four by one hundred meter team and senior Eric Tisdol (Eastman, GA) participated at Ohio State this past weekend. Although the weather conditions were not perfect the Patriots looked past this and preformed adequately. http://www.ucumberlands.edu/athletics/sportsrelease/release.php?rk=1942 2009-04-25 The University of the Cumberlands Track and Field teams hosted the Mid-South Conference Championship this past weekend for their final regular season meet of the season. The weather conditions were perfect yet again for the Patriots to compete in their races and fielding events and in one of the hottest events in three years, the Patriot ladies finished second overall with a team total of 142 points while the men came in third with 131 total points. http://www.ucumberlands.edu/athletics/sportsrelease/release.php?rk=1925 2009-04-19 The University of the Cumberlands Track and Field teams traveled to Eastern Kentucky University and Auburn, AL to compete this past weekend in their respective track meets. The weather conditions were finally set for the Patriots to compete to the best of their abilities and they defiantly stepped up to the line ready.
