The tournament included U.S. teams from Oklahoma City, Missouri Valley, and University of the Cumberlands (A & B teams). The Patriots battled against the best in the world at the NYAC with opponents from Japan, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, and Canada competing against U.S wrestlers.
