Weinheimer hails from Liberty Township, OH and is the daughter of Doug and Melanie Weinheimer. She will be graduated from Lakota East High School before attending Cumberlands in the fall of 2008. As a high school athlete, Weinheimer has been a four-year letter winner and earned a spot on the second team All-GMC as a setter.

Head UC Coach Kara Clemenz commented, “Brittany is an outstanding young lady. She has beautiful hands accompanied by an outstanding attitude. In addition, she is a very hard worker and her actions on the court speak volumes about her abilities. I am excited to see how she will help us in the upcoming season. I am anticipating that Brittany will step in as a freshman and contribute to the success of our program.”
