Assistant Coach - Men's Wrestling

Joshua Medina is entering his second year as the Cumberlands Men's Wrestling Assistant Coach and graduate assistant. He was graduated from Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona with an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts & from Lock Haven University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

While in college, Medina finished in 4 th and 2 nd place in the junior college nationals earning NJCAA All-American honors. He also placed 1 st and 2 nd in the EWL Conference. Medina was also a 2 time national qualifier and was ranked in the top 20 in the nation during his junior and senior year. After graduating, Medina has gained coaching experience coaching at Randy Couture’s UFC gym.
