Hello there!
I hope your Christmas holiday was as full of loved ones and mine was. Though this year was difficult without my mother and my aunt, I was very thankful for getting to spend it with the rest of my family. I was very blessed to have my 3 aunts who have been with me every step of the way through this tough time and they did everything they could to try to cheer me up!
On another note, this time next week we’ll be in 2013! 2012 has been a super fast, whip-lash worthy roller coaster. I’ve had a lot of great things happen to me and I’ve had a lot of terrible things happen. I’ve definitely grown mentally and spiritually, as hard as the next year will be for me, I can say with confidence that every tragedy God has placed in my life was placed there because he knows I’m strong enough to handle it. Not all the time, I do have my weak moments, but I’ve always been more mature and rational than most people my age. And maybe I am that way because God has been training me all my life to be a good leader and big sister.
Ahh… everything that has happened this year has been absolutely unexpected whether it good or bad. God works in mysterious ways and I know he has a reason for everything he does.
Enough reminiscing! Thanks for reading and I’ll see you next year.
