Position  Bilingual customer Care Representative- London, KY
Requirements  As a Bi-lingual Customer Care Representative, you must be a self-starter who is energetic, competitive and driven to succeed. You must also have a high degree of accountability, willingness to learn and the desire to build a long-term career. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, as well as, the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers. Specific qualifications for the Bi-lingual Customer Care Representative position include: • Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency • Consumer loan collection / customer service experience • 4-year college degree (desirable) or high school diploma or equivalent • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background checks • May work varied shifts including evenings and weekends • Call Center experience, a plus
Responsibilities  Responsibilities As a Bi-lingual Customer Care Representative your duties will include: • Provide excellent customer service • Respond to routine inquiries from customers by phone regarding account status, payment processing and updating customer information on our computer system • Send correspondence to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures
