Position  Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

High School diploma or equivalent 9. Responsibilities  1. Greet customers (in person or by phone) and determine service needs, proactive in suggesting Bank’s services to customers 2. Cash checks within proper authorization levels, upon determination that funds are available, identification of customer, memos/stop payments/holds verified and proper endorsements 3. Possess adequate system knowledge of CBS, Desktop and Nautilus 4. Process deposits to customer accounts 5. Maintain and balance cash drawer daily and possess ability to identify outages and correct 6. Issue cash advances on credit cards for customers with proper identification 7. Allow customers access to Safe Deposit Boxes 8. Complete direct deposit forms 9. Issue Cashier Checks and money orders on collected funds 10. Complete order forms for U.S. Savings Bonds 11. Issue Traveler’s Cheques 12. Accept loan payments 13. Assist answering telephone; handle all possible inquiries and redirecting those calls when necessary 14. Operate coin counting machine, roll coin and balance self-serve counter 15. Place holds on accounts 16. Accept customer check orders and give to designated employee to enter order on-line 17. Assist with commercial change orders 18. Scan ID cards 19. Process night drop deposits 20. Operate/balance/upload branch capture 21. Sell or refer Bank services to customers and potential customers: a. DDA accounts b. Savings Accounts c. Certificate of Deposit d. Individual Retirement Accounts e. Safe Deposit Boxes
