| Requirements | The Youth Pastor/Associate Pastor for Waco Baptist Church must be a Spirit-filled man of God with the desire to lead youth to the saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He must be above reproach at all times and be willing to go wherever God leads by leading a purpose-driven youth ministry. |
| Responsibilities | As Associate Pastor, he must be able to take over the responsibilities of the Pastor whenever necessary and assume the role as the "Shepherd" of the church. He may assist with the church office staff leadership and administration. |
