| Requirements | SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to work in a busy department where accuracy and detail are stressed. Team spirit and motivational attitude is a must. Interaction with other departments and support of the overall KMCI mission is imperative. Experience with Broadcast sales management preferred. |
| Responsibilities | Duties include: Organize ad direct KMCI local sales dept.; assist GSM in training, development, and motivation of local sales dept.; create and maintain NTR, New Business, and digital revenue plan; utilize and maximize air time inventory and resources to achieve revenue goals; develop and implement pricing and packaging to fill needs of both client and station; understand and interface with traffic systems & personnel to efficiently manage air time inventory; oversee accounts receivable and enforce compliance to credit policies; perform other duties as directed by GSM. |
