| Requirements |
The Director of Career Development- A master degree and have at least 5 years of directly related experience providing career development services in a higher education setting.
The Director of Internships- Strong candidates will bring vison, expertise and exemplary skills in communication, administration, collaboration, initiation, and attention to detail. |
| Responsibilities |
The director of Career Development- Will facilitate students self-assessment of values, intrests, and aptitudes as related to their life's vocatioon and preparation for employment or advanced study.
The Director of Internships- Will lead a growing internship program, working closely with faculty, students, alumni, buisnesses, and non-profits to develop new internships, to coordinate exsisting ones, and to help shape a campus-wide commitment to connecting learning and work. |
