Requirements  Holds a Master's Degree (doctorate preferred); Has 10 years of experience in career services in a campus environment and/or experience as a senior level executive recruiter in a major corporation; Is experienced in strategic planning & budgeting; Is familiar with organizational development; Possesses excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and technological applications; Is a person of integrity with excellent people skills; and Is committed to the mission, values, and goals of Berkeley College. Responsibilities  Creating and implementing a system-wide approach for Career Services for Berkeley College; Coordinating the activities of the eight career services offices; Establishing stronger working relationships with the various academic offices on each campus; Working more closely with the deans and faculty to increase the numer of externship experiences and employment opportunities for graduates; Assisting faculty to introduce career services into their course offerings; Becoming involved and visible as the representative of Berkeley College within the corporate as well as non-profit sectors as well as with alumni; Developing strategic goals and initiatives for the Career Services Offices; Updating policies & procedures for Career Services and Alumni Relations offices; and Coordinating with the Senior Vice President for Student Success on major decisions that will impact the strategic direction of the departme
