| Position | Manager Sustaining Engineering (ORTEC) |
| Requirements | Minimum 5 years engineering experience with manufacturing and design development experience. • B.S. in a technical/scientific discipline, preferably software engineering or system engineering knowledge. Position Requirements: • Solid knowledge of Engineering Change Control process, engineering standards, and configuration management control • Good understanding of engineering development process and maintaining engineering accountability. • Demonstrated ability to lead an engineering project and technical leadership of engineering disciplines. • Accomplished engineer with commitment to design quality products. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work as an individual contributor, team player, or team leader |
| Responsibilities | Provide technical and administrative leadership for the engineering support of products commercially released for manufacture. Identify and implement design enhancements to the product to improve design robustness, manufacturability, and serviceability. Perform engineering and administrative duties that provide management oversight of the engineering change control process, configuration management, documentation control, manufacturing documentation, and user related documentation. |
