	PACE Program: Accelerated classes One night a week One class at a time
The University of the Cumberlands' PACE (Providing Adults a College Experience) program offers adult students the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. Qualified candidates for the program will have approximately 60 transferrable semester credit hours and be 25 years of age or have worked for 3 years. Courses include:
Goals, Priorities & Attitudes Christian Worldview Management Principles Micro- & Macroeconomics New Testament Survey Financial Decision Making Management & Human Resources Communication for Managers	Organizational Behavior Statistics for Managers Accounting I & II Organizational Marketing & Sales Entrepreneurship & Small Business Christian Ethics Legal Issues of Business Strategy, Policy, & Effective Decisions
Each student enrolls in a cohort in which he/she continues throughout the program, providing a study and support group, a network of business contacts, and friendships for a lifetime. New cohorts begin each semester! The latest schedule may be downloaded here.
