The responsibilities include:
- Assist the Dean and Academic Affairs office as necessary including but not limited to:
- Answer phones and direct visitors to the appropriate location
- Assist Associate Dean will class scheduling, classroom utilization, and student absences
- Assist Administrative Assistant with general office procedures
- Custodial duties for office area
- Assist in graduation activities and special events sponsored by the Academic Affairs Office
- Assist Associate Dean with clerical needs
- Order and maintain all office supplies, copier supplies, forms and stationery
- Maintain documentation on applicants, faculty credentials, student withdrawals, incomplete contracts, and course syllabi
- Work with Administrative Assistant on faculty evaluations as well as Dean and President’s list
