Outlook 2003 Setup Instructions

1. Open Outlook 2003.

2. If Outlook 2003 Setup Window opens,

(Note: This window will only show at the first time Outlook 2003 starts.)

a. Click “Next”.

b. Click “Yes”.

c. Click “Next”.

If the Outlook 2003 Setup Windows does not appear,

a. Click on “Tools” from the pull down menu at the top of the window.

b. Click on “Email Accounts”.

c. Click on “Add Email Account”.

3.Choose “POP3” selection and click “Next”.

4. Enter User Information, Server, Logon Information in Outlook 2003.

User Information

a.. Name

b. Email Address

Server Information

a. Incoming Mail Server = mail.ucumberlands.edu

b. Outgoing Mail Server = mail.ucumberlands.edu

Logon Information

a. Your Username

b. Your Password

5.Click “Next”.

6. Click “Finish”.
