| Cumberlands partners with The University Center of the Mountains to deliver on-line Master’s Degree in Education WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – University of the Cumberlands signed a memorandum of understanding Monday with The University Center of the Mountains and Hazard Community and Technical College to provide an on-line Master’s Degree in Education for students who live in the Kentucky River region of Southeastern Kentucky. The M.Ed. program is designed for qualified students with a Bachelor of Arts degree but who are prevented from coming to Cumberlands’ main campus.
