Faculty Recital to be Performed in the Nell Moore Recital Hall

Williamsburg, Kentucky - They're biology professors as you rarely see them. University of the Cumberlands invites the public to the Instrumental Faculty Recital at 7:30 on Tuesday, March 21, in the Nell Moore Recital Hall on campus.

UC biology faculty members Lisa Lyford and Jay Kirchner will perform as special guests, playing the French horn and piano, respectively. The performance includes music department faculty Richard Byrd on the trumpet and flugelhorn, David Threlkeld on saxophone and clarinet, Todd Hill on piano, euphonium, and tombone, Jim Corcoran on drums, and Gayle Majors and Kay Dawn McFarland on piano. Brass trios, sonatas, duets, and a jazz combo are just part of the evening's offerings of enjoyable music.
