Bradley Karr receives H.N. and Frances Berger Foundation Scholarship


Williamsburg, Ky. - University of the Cumberlands (UC) presented Bradley Karr (Lily, KY) with the H.N. and Frances Berger Foundation Scholarship during the 54th annual Honors Day Program on Sunday, April 21st.

The H.N. and Frances Berger Foundation Endowed Scholarship Fund was established at Cumberlands in 1983 by Mr. and Mrs. H.N. Berger to recognize exceptionally bright young people who have demonstrated high academic ability.

Bradley was also named to the University’s Honor Roll. Students recognized for this honor must attain a minimum of 3.70 cumulative grade point average standing.

Karr is a senior chemistry major with a minor in biology. He plans to pursue a career where he can fuse his business programming and math knowledge to further the company. He also plans to earn a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
