University of the Cumberlands to host Korean Children’s Choir

The Far East Broadcasting Company Korean Children's Choir will present three performances in Williamsburg.

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. — University of the Cumberlands is pleased to present the Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC) Korean Children’s Choir for three special performances:

The FEBC-Korean Children’s Choir was organized as a ministry of the Far East Broadcasting Company in Korea, and members are selected through a rigorous audition process. The children, ranging in ages from seven to thirteen, receive training from a voice teacher, choreographer and conductor.

The Choir performs a number of concerts throughout the year at cultural centers, theme parks, universities and many churches, both in Korea and in the United States.

Cheerful adaptation, warm smiles, and thorough professionalism characterize each performance, and colorful costumes and traditional Korean dance add to the excitement and pageantry of the concerts.

Each performance will vary slightly and is available to the general public with no admission charges.
