UC’s Phi Alpha Theta Lecture Series to present “The Great Debate”

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – With only a few weeks remaining before the next President of the United States is decided, the Phi Alpha Theta Lecture Series at University of the Cumberlands will present “The Great Debate” on Tuesday, October 28, at 7 p.m. in the Gatliff Chapel on campus.

The debate will take an in-depth look at the two leading Presidential candidates. Dr. Bruce Hicks, Associate Professor of History and Political Science will represent the Republican candidate, John McCain; while the Democratic candidate, Barack Obama, will be represented by Dr. John Broome, Professor Emeritus, History and Political Science.

Admission is free and open to the public.
