Youth Pastor Greg Thompson Speaks at University of the Cumberlands' Convocation Ceremony

Williamsburg, Ky.- University of the Cumberlands’ convocation ceremony on October 26, featured Greg Thompson, the youth pastor and minister of children at East Somerset Baptist Church in Somerset, Ky.

He explained the difference between being a “Christian” and a “believer.” According to Thompson, a “Christian” should be “Christ like” and a “believer” is someone who believes in Christ but may not be living “Christ like.”

Carl and Heather Cartee, a talented couple from Nashville, Tenn., also participated in the convocation ceremony, leading the students in songs filled with praise and worship.
