WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. - University of the Cumberlands’ Upsilon-Upsilon Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta held the second lecture of the 2009-10 lecture series on February 16.

Mr. Cecil Moses, honorary UC alumnus, retired FBI agent, Senior Executive Service, and retired police chief of Madison County, Alabama, presented the lecture titled, “The Changing Role of the FBI.”

During the lecture he commented that “I never got a scratch on me. I attribute that fact to a good father, a good mother, and the prayers answered by the good Lord.”

The last lecture of the 2009-10 lecture series is scheduled for Tuesday, April 13, 2010.
