Graphic Request Form Do you need help in creating a graphic design to help publicize your department, event, or annual publication? Please fill out the form below and let us help you promote your department, personnel, students, etc. in all their endeavors! Please fill out the form as completely as possible to ensure adequate information to process your graphic designs. Your request will be forwarded to a member of our graphics team and they will contact you about your request. Graphic designs include, but are not limited to, media guides, programs, brochures, advertisements, banners, evites, etc. Please make sure to adhere to the minimum of a 2 week grace request period to ensure your project can be completed adequately.
