ADM676 Human Resource Leadership

This course is a study of the role of the school leader in the dimensions of the personnel function: planning, recruitment, selection, placement, development, and supervision of school faculty and staff. In addition, a focus of this course includes legal and ethical aspects of federal, state, and local personnel policies and procedures.
