BADM643. Sales & Customer Relationship Management

This course provides for an advanced study of sales force issues and the management of the overall customer relationship effort in an organization. Emphasis is placed on identifying approaches for making decisions that lead to a more customer-centric business model. This course serves as an elective for students pursuing the MBA Entrepreneurship Concentration. Prerequisite: Admission to the MBA Program or permission of MBA Director or Chair of the Graduate School of Business.
