HIST450 Origins of American Constitutionalism The Origins of American Constitutionalism is a detailed survey of events, customs, usages, factors, forces, and people in English North America, the British Isles, and elsewhere contributing to the development of written constitutions in the United States of America. Students will study the pertinent documents and other primary sources, as well as the views of modern scholars of the subject. Credit, 3 hrs.
