The course focuses on the research process and the analysis and evaluation of research. Critical appraisal and evidence synthesis provide the basis for research utilization and evidence based practice. Emphasis is on the identification of clinical issues/questions, synthesis of evidence, and translation of current evidence into practice. Pre-Requisite: Admission to the MSN program, Credit: 3 hours
