The School of Computer and Information Sciences strives for excellence in creating, applying, and imparting knowledge in information technology. Upon completion of this Executive Master's in Digital Forensics program, you will be prepared for an advanced role in fighting computer crime. You will use best practices to:
- Investigate data lost to computer crime, fraud, abuse and other illegal activities
- Take an active role in recovering that data
- Nurture the skills necessary for digital forensics
University of the Cumberlands has been named a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD) by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). There are just over 200 universities nationwide with CAE-CD designation, and only two other universities in Kentucky included in this elite group.
