Academic Tutoring Resources
Known around campus as the ARC, the Academic Resource Center offers free academic support services to all UC students. Each year, we recruit and train advanced students from all subject areas to act as peer tutors. Individuals have the option of arranging regular tutoring for ongoing academic assistance or dropping by the ARC for help with particular assignments. For those who prefer to sharpen skills on their own, the ARC maintains a large collection of study guides, exercises, and interactive computer programs.
The Academic Resource Center is located in the lower level of the Hagan Memorial Library, is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.and 6-9 p.m and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information or to sign up for tutoring contact the ARC at 539-4312 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org
