Dr. K. Holland is a certified Change Management Professional (Prosci ®) with 20+ years of Federal, private, and public sector experience. Employed by the Department of Defense, he has served in multiple positions as a Program Manager; Director of NATO Training and Education-Afghanistan Ministries, and Chief of Staff -Logistics Management- Afghanistan. He has advised and consulted key stakeholders at various levels in organization development/management, logistics, and education and training. Leveraging his vast levels of organizational development and change management initiative exposure, he has successfully lead and supported major developmental projects in both the U.S. and abroad, directly supported foreign governments. Dr. Holland’s education includes a Doctor of Leadership and Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Education and Training from Southern Illinois University. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
