Bio:
Dr. Cecil began her career as a computer programmer and advanced through many technology positions in financial, manufacturing, and educational organizations. Most recently, she served in a CIO position as a Vice President of Research, Planning, and Technology.
Dr. Cecil has earned a Data Science Certificate from the University of California and a Master Online Teaching Certificate from the University of Illinois. She graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a leadership certification from the Institute for Educational Management.
Dr. Cecil and her golden retriever, Henry, serve as a therapy dog team. They visit hospice patients to offer unique therapy and a smile to terminally ill patients and their families.
