Bio:
Dr. Chung has over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education. Before joining the University of the Cumberlands, he taught in several online doctoral programs. He also served as a faculty member in several nationally recognized MBA and graduate programs at research universities such as Case Western Reserve University and Boston University. As a seasoned expert in research methodology, he served as a research methodology consultant for the MIT Information Quality (IQ) Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Throughout his career, he has consulted and collaborated with many Fortune-500 companies, other leading organizations, and government agencies. Dr. Chung's current research interests include research methodology, executive education, IT-enabled organizational restructuring, IT strategy, and IT strategic planning. Dr. Chung is also a professional software engineer specialized in building data warehouses, dashboard systems, and multiuser enterprise applications.
