Kentucky junior and seniors are eligible for (4) classes covered by KHEAA, 2 as a junior, 2 as a senior. It is the student’s responsibility to log into www.kheaa.com to complete the term request, fall or spring. Payment for all non-covered KHEAA classes are due by mid-December for fall, mid-April for spring. Students can check balances and make payments by logging into UC One with their UC email and password. There is a payment tab to the right.
Juniors and seniors are eligible for four KHEAA awards (4 free classes) 2 as a junior, 2 as a senior. It is the student’s responsibility to log into www.kheaa.com to complete the term request, fall or spring. Sophomores are not eligible for KHEAA awards, but are eligible for 2 courses per year if enrolled in the CTE Pathways at your school. Consult your guidance counselor to verify if your high school participates in this program. Payments for all non-covered KHEAA courses are due by the end of each term. Fall I online are due on October 14, 2022, fall II, main campus, and in-seat at the high school are due on December 9th. To avoid pre-collection charges placed by student accounts, please check you balance regularly by logging into UC One and pay charges by the due date above.
Payment may also be mailed directly to: University of the Cumberlands, Office of Student Accounts, 6194 College Station Drive, Williamsburg, KY 40769. Payments will not be taken at the high school. Include name, student ID, along with course and term, ex. (Fall 2018, ENGL 131-01)
Homeschool students are responsible for logging into https://www.kheaa.com/pdf/DualCreditApp-HomeSchoolers.pdf to request their awards.
