University of the Cumberlands is introducing a test-optional application process to aid students who may have faced cancellations of state ACT and SAT testing during the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Students currently applying to Cumberlands, both domestic and international, can choose whether to submit test scores as part of their application or select the test-optional route.

In response to the increasing threat of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), University of the Cumberlands announced today that all remaining in-person classes for the spring semester will be delivered through an online platform. Employees will continue to be paid and students will receive credit for room and board as part of the plan.

The Associate Degree in Nursing program at University of the Cumberlands has officially begun, with its inaugural cohort of students having already completed 60 hours of lab work and set to begin clinical training on February 24. The application window for the next cohort of nursing students is open now until April 3.
