University of the Cumberlands provides several options for Kentucky educators to achieve Rank I status. To obtain Rank I status, you may take a variety of graduate courses totaling 30 credit hours. The options for study vary and can lead to additional certification. The curriculum and degree requirements for each emphasis may be viewed by following the links below. Keep in mind these are not the only avenues to achieve a rank change. Those wishing to pursue additional certification, may complete an additional Master’s or administrative certification, enhancing your career prospects.
A maximum of 12 hours of graduate credit may be transferred from an accredited institution of higher learning and applied to a Rank I program provided such credit meets the appropriate graduate degree requirements of University of the Cumberlands.
