Dr. Helen Schleckser is an active researcher, technologist, and educator with extensive industry experience. A senior-level consultant, she is well-versed in requirements analysis, operational change management, business process transformation, financial oversight, data migration, audit and procedure development, and service delivery. As a seasoned project and program manager, she has demonstrated successful execution and delivery in workflow management, automated decisions, credit scoring, artificial intelligence (AI) for real estate appraisals, customer relationship management (CRM), loan origination and prospecting, enterprise integration, business and process design, and regulatory compliance projects. 

Dr. Schleckser's higher education teaching experience spans over a decade and includes both business and technology courses including project management, personal finance, data governance, data mining, and big data analytics. Dr. Schleckser has acted as a peer reviewer for organizations such as AERA as well as several peer-reviewed journals. 

Dr. Schleckser's personal research includes instructional technology including game-based learning, functionality in learning management systems, augmented reality, mediation, and cognitive apprenticeship. Dr. Schleckser also collaborates in research, publication, and presentation with international colleagues from a variety of academic specialties. Dr. Schleckser's personal interests include Raspberry Pi, Lego construction, and music technology.
