As an online graduate professor, Dr. Jess Schwartz enjoys the opportunity to meet and work with students face-to-face during residency sessions. She also teaches a variety of information technology courses at Southern New Hampshire University and Colorado State University-Global Campus. Schwartz is a team lead and subject matter expert at both SNHU and CSU-G. She has spent numerous hours creating and redesigning a variety of IT-related courses.

Personally, Schwartz enjoys spending time with her husband, two young boys, and two Siberian huskies. She enjoys walking her dogs every day and taking them with the family on weekend beach trips. Schwartz and her family take vacations every year, and also try to visit extended family who live outside of Philadelphia. Additionally, she enjoys working at the tax office seasonally to help clients get the best tax outcome possible.

Schwartz's passion is online teaching and helping students achieve their educational goals.
