BIO:
Susan Irwin is on a mission to help Portfolio, Program, and Project managers not only build and sustain successful teams but become successful leaders in their organization. Trained in both the technology and project management fields, she has an 18-year background leading portfolio, program, and project teams on multimillion-dollar development projects in both the government and private industries focusing on healthcare, utilities, banking, and consulting. Susan holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology with a concentration in project management, an MBA with a concentration in project management, and a master’s of Science in Computer and Information systems. In addition, she has holds several certifications to include the PfMP, PgMP, PMP, ACP, PMI-SP, PMI-PBA, CSM, ITIL, and LSSGB. When not working, Susan enjoys spending time with family and their two dogs - Bailey and Maggie and has recently started a woodworking hobby.
