Jake is currently serving as a Student Success Coordinator for the School of Computer and Information Sciences. In addition to his work in academia, Jake is the proud owner of Jeffers PC Repair. Through this venture, he has honed his technical expertise and developed a keen understanding of the challenges individuals face in the rapidly evolving world of technology.
Jake’s journey in the field of IT began with a successful stint as a process engineering intern, where he demonstrated his ability to analyze complex systems and implement efficient solutions. Inspired by this experience, he embarked on a career in education, spending three years as a dedicated high school computer science teacher. During this time, he not only imparted knowledge but also fostered a love for technology among his students.
As an adjunct faculty member, Jake brings a unique blend of practical expertise and academic knowledge to the classroom.
