Costs

Tuition and Fees 

The tuition for dual credit courses is $49.50 per in-seat course at Cumberlands, $145.50 per online course, $49.50 in-seat at the high school, and $25 per 1-hour lab course. Additional fees may apply for certain dual credit courses. 

Students are permitted to enroll in summer courses, but must check with their guidance counselor to verify if high school credit will be given.  Tuition for summer courses are $199.00 per credit hour and a $50 tech fee per online term.  There is no financial assistance from KHEAA for summer classes.  Summer courses are not eligible for drops later in the term as dual credit courses in the fall and spring.  Refund rates are determined by withdraw date and 100% non-refundable after week 3 into the course. 

Textbooks 

Students are also responsible for the cost of each textbook, which can be purchased at the bookstore located on the lower level of the Boswell Campus Center. The student ID must be presented at the time of purchase. Books can also be found online through the UC bookstore.  Payment for book(s) will be billed to the student account if charged at the bookstore.  Books are not eligible for KHEAA funds.
