This advanced research seminar course will provide students with principles and core concepts for analyzing and transforming organizational performance. Students will conduct a study of various theories and practices including the aspects of performance measurement systems, effective measures of performance, measurement frameworks, performance measurement cycle, measurement challenges and leadership, the process of transformational learning, measurement maturity, and transformational management action plans, among others. The final project in the seminar will be the development of a scholarly research paper analyzing a contemporary organizational performance and analysis issues. Prerequisite: BROL700 or permission from the Program Director. Credit, 3 hours.
