Dr. Brad Miller’s career in education began in 2011 when he accepted a position in Knox County, Kentucky teaching Advanced Placement Chemistry and Honors Chemistry. Dr. Miller currently teaches secondary Chemistry and Biomedical Sciences in Williamsburg, Kentucky. In addition to his role in the classroom, Dr. Miller serves on many committees, including the Secondary Leadership Team, Grading Committee (Chair), and Deeper Learning/Backward Design Team. Previously, Dr. Miller served as Department Chair and Professional Learning Committee Lead. Additionally, Dr. Miller has been a member of the School Safety Committee and Literacy Committee and a Next Generation Science Standards Liaison.  Dr. Miller’s current interests include grading practices, administrator leadership styles, teacher job satisfaction, and student academic achievement.
