Research interests include teacher quality, teacher coaching, program effectiveness, program improvement, educational change, strategic planning, and charter schools. Experience includes ten years teaching, ten years as Principal, nine years as district administrator including Educational Recovery Specialist at the Kentucky Department of Education, and ten years experience as a University Supervisor. Hobbies include farming, gardening, computer utilization in many projects, and caring for our three dogs. UC provided an opportunity to continue educating and coaching new teachers and a quality program that allowed me to complete my doctorate.
