Dr. Hubert Schroer has 10+ years of experience in education. In addition, he has experience with game-based learning, digital leadership, school leadership, Spanish language instruction, experiential learning, the doctoral journey, as well as 21st-century teaching and learning.

Dr. Schroer holds various certifications in Instructional Leadership and Spanish Teaching.

Prior to academia, he served in numerous leadership roles in Arizona and Tennessee in operational leadership and leadership development.

In his spare time, Dr. Schroer enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
